Double Room in West End Flat with Own Bathroom

I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Hillhead in the West End of Glasgow, and I'm looking for a flatmate to share with. As the flat has 2 bathrooms whoever moved in would get their own private bathroom. The block of flats is a modern build with double glazed windows, so shouldn't be too cold in the Winter. The room on offer is spacious and would come fully furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe.

Room is available from 15th November.

The flat itself is located just off Byres Road in the heart of the West End, with Great Western Road just a short walk away. Hillhead subway station is just a 2 minute walk away, and there is a wide range of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, all within a short walking distance.

A bit about me. I am a 31-year old young professional currently working in IT. I am a relaxed, easy-going guy who likes to keep the shared areas clean, so would be looking for someone who is like minded. I'd be open to sharing with guys or girls, as I've shared flats with both in the past. In my free time I like to go running, travelling and meeting with friends. I am a sociable guy who is always up for going out, but also like a chilled quiet night in.

Deposit: £1050
Rent: £700 per month plus council tax
