300m from the University of Glasgow Campus, Byres Road shops and amenities.

Bills included but landlord reserves the right to charge for any noticeable rise in energy usage over and above what would be expected with a second person living in the flat.

The flat is large and airy with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and bathroom (with bath and shower) shared with the owner. It is a traditional Glasgow tenement building with original features (over 100 years old) and plenty of character.

I am a freelance TV professional and often work from home so would suit someone who is out at their place of work or study most days, (rather than having two of us working from home).

I am friendly and easy-going but do expect lodgers to be mature enough to respect reasonable boundaries, and take responsibility for cleaning up after themselves.
