Absolutetly amazing 2bedroom flat in woodlands with bright living room and beautiful kitchen.

Room & Flat are fully furbished - The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine!
I also now have a nice wee music corner in the living room, that isn't in the pictures. There's an e-piano, some amps and acoustic drums - musicians more than welcome!

No students sorry, because of the council tax.
Rent is 500+bills. These are council tax (band D), internet + energy (this one fluctuates due to heating).

I'm a 27yo queer artist with 2 jobs - one of them in hospitality so quite the night owl.
I’m active and would appreciate a flatmate who’s keen to go on adventures!

Looking for a fellow creative night owl who enjoys nights out and a good games night in!
