Room in spacious & lovely flat in North Kelvinside

Looking for a third tenant as my friend is moving in with her boyfriend. The other two are 4th year medical students at the University of Glasgow.

Available from mid April, and onwards for the foreseeable future (I’m moving back in in September but one flatmate is moving out). Ideally looking for a student so you don’t have to pay council tax -- or a non-student who can afford band E :(

Flat is a 3 bed 2 bath. The living room also has a double sofabed if you want to have guests.

For the room you'd stay in: double bed, up in a mezzanine (up a ladder). You’d share a bathroom with one other flatmate, the third has an ensuite.

Living room is such a vibe, it's so spacious, and I've left my instruments behind (piano, guitar, ukulele, mandolin, tin whistle if you're feeling ambitious) so you can go nuts if you want! We also used to have a dog living with us so pets welcome.

There is parking behind the building but won't always have space. You can get a permit for on-street parking.

There’s a garden behind the building but an even better and bigger garden right in front, on the crescent. Has benches and is a lovely spot to hang out. 8 min walk from Kelvinbridge subway, 1 min walk from bus stops that take you straight to the city centre.
