You will have shared use of the large lounge, dining kitchen and bathroom with shower. The spacious dining kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The flat also benefits from access to a back garden.

The flat is located on the second floor, situated on a peaceful street in the popular Hillhead area of the West End of Glasgow. Byre's Road and the Botanic Gardens are a short walk away. Public transport is excellent with Hillhead Underground and bus routes on Byre’s Road nearby.

You will be responsible for 25% share of the Gas/Electricity charges (SMART Meter) and broadband. Utility bills currently around £50/month shared between four.

We are two students going into 3rd year looking for fellow students who are sociable, fun, clean and tidy. The flat is in a great location and is available from 1st July.
