West End Flat in need of 3rd Flatmate

Hey my names Nadav and my flatmate is Ava, we are looking for a 3rd flatmate.

The flat has two floors; with an upper living room on a mezzanine and a lower living room, there are 2 rooms upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with 3 fridges and 3 freezers and everyone has one shelf/cupboard each. The bedroom on offer is upstairs has a lock, is part furnished with a wardrobe. You would only share a bathroom with one other person as I have an en suite.

The entrance to the flat complex has a barrier to drive through and 1 parking space which is free.

We are both two friendly outgoing people who value their own space. While we like to keep the flat tidy we also enjoy occasional late nights and having friends over - in particular on our balcony which is a lovely view.

Both of us work and are students so we do live quite busy lives but enjoy the company of each other and do hangout when we can. There is also a cat.

The deposit for the flat is £383.33 which would be payable when moving in and the rent is 383.33 we have just received our council tax exemption and an electricity discount so the total is just under £500 a month.
