Our flatmate has moved out, so we are looking for a flatmate to take over his room. You must either be a student or be a young professional willing to cover half the council tax bill (Band E).

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard and is very spacious, with a shared kitchen, utility room and bathroom.

It's in an ideal location for students of the University of Glasgow, as its on the doorstep of the main campus and located in the heart of the West End with lots of shops, cafes, and bars as well as being directly across the road from Kelvingrove park and close to the Botanics.

Kelvinbridge Underground station is a 2-minute walk so suitable for anyone studying in the city centre.

The rent is £750 per month, including wifi. Utility bills not included.
