Living Room - Shared

Hi ,
I am Samy live in landlord and have spare double bedroom in my apartment .It has Living room , kitchen ,washroom fully furnished pavailable from 5th Jan 2026 for short term. (1 to 6 months ). Long term considered in case needed for more months.

The flat is fully furnished with all the amenities .
Living room - Sofa , dinning table , smart TV , wifi.
Kitchen - oven , microwave , washing machine , fridge .
Double bedroom - has double bed , chair , small cabinet for storage / cloths or books , floor lamp , Couple of plants .
Washroom - is separate for tenant and has shower fittings.

Master bedroom with ensuite (this is where I live ). Highlighting this to avoid any confusion.

There is off street parking available for free. Front of the building has common garden and to rear there is common patio for the residents to sit and chill.
My flat is in west end area of glasgow. There is grocery store near 5 min distance and many coffee shops and restaurants for food as well .Address is - Julian court in west end.
It is 10 mins from byres road by walk.

Little bit about me - I am very neat and tidy , and friendly person but respect other's privacy . In free time I liked to go out on weekend with friends . I like planting and listening to music.
