Double Room in Large Bohemian West End Flat

The Flat: Top floor tenement - front and back - overlooking the Botanic Gardens. Plenty of natural light. Good transport links - between Hillhead and Kelvinbridge subways. Parking Permits: Belmont. Flat consists of large hallway, large living room with a projector for movie nights (no TV), good-sized kitchen with all working mod cons and dining area, a good-sized bathroom with a separate shower and bath, The Bee Room (small office/study with a mezzanine bed for guests) and three bedrooms. Although we are top floor, we do have access to a lovely communal garden out the back. No smoking in the flat.

The Room: Situated to the front of the flat with a gorgeous view. Furnished: double bed, built-in large wardrobe/storage and big windows, North-West facing.

Us: The vibe is chilled out - no mad parties, but there may be the occasional D&D night, or some friends round for dinner - it's a shared space but offers us privacy as well - and we are looking for somebody who can appreciate it as much as we do, quirks and all.

You: The Three Rs: Respectful, reliable and responsible. Open communicator and easygoing; a sense of humour a necessity. Appreciative of Glasgow, the West End and the unique space you'd be moving into.

Summary: Bills are included - we unfortunately can't control GCC and Scottish Water's price hikes but are transparent about when things go up. Overall, the flat is very bohemian and full of art, houseplants, books and random musical instruments - we are definitely not minimalists!
