Hello! My name is Esha, I'm a 23 year old working professional currently staying in a 3 bedroom flat.

The flat is a duplex apartment in the Finnieston area. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. The 2x unoccupied rooms are furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and ample storage space. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. The flat also has its own multi-room speaker system built within the ceilings with bluetooth connection. The flat itself is a 15min walk to the uni and a 5-10min walk to the city centre. It has great transport links (bus stops, subway, train station nearby).

Rent is exclusive of bills and council tax (if applicable).

I’m hoping to find flatmates who are clean, tidy and respectful of both the shared living space and the neighbours in the building, which has a quiet, family-oriented atmosphere. I am looking for flatmates who value a calm and orderly home environment and is happy to contribute to a friendly and considerate living dynamic.
