The Botanical gardens are five minutes away, and the flat backs on to the Kelvin walkway.
Council tax and water are combined bills and work out at £55 a month each. The flat has a serviced combi boiler, is double glazed throughout and the ceiling is insulated. Bills will be split proportionally. There is cover on call included for any gas, plumbing or electrical issues when we are away.
