The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential. Nearest shop is the post office on Kelvindale Rd (five minutes). The nearest bus is a ten minute walk to Great Western Rd, the nearest subway is Hillhead, about 15 minutes away. So not great for public transport but free and ample on street parking is available.
The Botanical gardens are five minutes away, and the flat backs on to the Kelvin walkway.
Council tax and water are combined bills and work out at £55 a month each. The flat has a serviced combi boiler, is double glazed throughout and the ceiling is insulated. Bills will be split proportionally. There is cover on call included for any gas, plumbing or electrical issues when we are away.
