A double bedroom within a Grade A-listed townhouse in the much-admired Park area, undoubtedly one of the most exclusive addresses in Glasgow.

The room is fully furnished, including a double bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes, and bedside table. There is also a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with big comfortable sofas! Shower room is shared with one other flatmate.

I would like to share with females who are tidy, courteous, respectful, and not a party animal. If you are looking for somewhere to have social gatherings and parties then this won’t be the right place for you.

Bills are included in the rent.

Park sits in an elevated position and looks over Kelvingrove and is ideally located for the City Centre and West End districts with its extensive shops, bars, bistros, restaurants, and amenities. There are excellent public transport services via bus, rail and underground which compliment road links to City Centre and M8 motorway network. The West End district is a trendy, hustle and bustle of activity that attracts young professionals and families alike.

Nearby Byres Road offers an excellent wonderful selection of boutique shopping, wine bars, and restaurants. The Finnieston district can be found a short distance from Park Circus, to which a further selection of shops, bars, and restaurants can be found, to which some have recently been featured in the Michelin Guide. A host of other West End attractions are also within easy reach including Kelvingrove Park, Kelvingrove Museum & Art Gallery, and Glasgow University.
