Room for rent

Hello! I'm Fiona and I'm looking for someone to rent the double room in my flat. Currently, my partner Ash and I live alone with our pet cat and cornsnake. I'm going into my fourth year of uni at UoG and she is about to start a masters program at Strathclyde.

The flat is located about a 15-20 min walk away from Glasgow Uni - just south of Maryhill. We have one shared bathroom, but otherwise the flat is very spacious. We have full fibre broadband and a washer/dryer, along with a shared building garden. Rent is £700 + £75 utilities a month, however the utilities bill is a set rate, so it shouldn’t increase through the year.

We hope to find a flatmate we can be friends with, and want the flat to feel like a safe and welcoming environment! We are tidy and respectful and prefer staying in to nights out. Both of our pets are friendly and well-behaved (but the cat does have the personality of a popular mean girl in a 90s film lmao). The snake lives in a secure vivarium and does not free-roam (but wouldn't know how to hurt you even if he did as his brain is the size of a pea).
