I live in a 4 bed house in the Ruchill area of Glasgow. I’m looking to rent out one of my rooms as the current lodger is moving out at the end of December. I own and live in the property, so I’m looking to rent out one of the rooms. The property has a driveway and has room for one more car, but if you have a bike there is also a garage you can store your bike in. The room is fully furnished, king size bed wardrobe chest of drawers and a wall mirror, small desk and chair. The property also has off street parking, broadband, washing machine and dishwasher.
