Fully furnished double bedroom available in our 2 bedroom flat.

The flat is owned by my girlfriend who has moved for a year for work. Your bedroom is away from the street so is very quiet. It has plenty of storage. The kitchen is spacious and has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has 2 sofas and a small dining table. There is a biofuel heater that is amazing in the winter. The bathroom is quite small but has a shower and bath.
The flat is perfectly located right beside Kelvingrove Art Gallery. Trains, buses and the subway are all short walk away, as is Kelvingrove park and a number of great pubs and restaurants in Finnieston. There is street parking which is usually easy to find, it requires a permit which costs roughly £100 for a year.

I'm laid back, sociable and tidy. I'm a teacher so work pretty standard hours. Evenings and weekends I like to watch and play sports (mostly football), play games (board and computer), climb Munros, and I recently ran a half marathon.

You'll ideally be a working professional who is able to take care of the room and communal areas. Living with someone you get on with is easier so preferably we'll have some shared interests.

The rent is £600 per month.
Utilities cost about £30-£50 each per month depending on the season.
