It’s the second floor in a tenement building with a clean, well-kept stairwell and friendly neighbours who are quiet and respectful. The flat gets lots of light and is very spacious, with a large entry hall and equally-sized bedrooms. Your room will come with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers; it gets the sun in the afternoon and evening!

The flat is less than a two minute walk from St. George’s Cross subway station. It’s around 25 mins to Glasgow University and about the same to the city centre.

This is not typically a party flat but friends and gatherings are always welcome— it is a very chill place that you are welcome to decorate as you like. I would like someone clean and tidy, but this isn’t the army and I’m not strict so there’s lee way there. I would however like someone who is good at communication— either over text or in person— and up for doing the main jobs for the flat equally/together.
