Hi, Im a 28 year old male professional, looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate for a spare room. I’m into sports, running, and cycling, and I enjoy cooking and catching up over a beer. I like keeping the flat clean and comfortable, it’s a relaxed space but I do appreciate a bit of order. Ideal flatmate is sociable, considerate, and easy to live with.

A double room is available from 16th August. Flat is located in a great location, 7 mins to partick station and kelvinhall subway, with the countless pubs and cafes in local partick area.

Room is a double bed room, in a top floor flat, benefitting from great light. Room is furnished with a wardobe and bedside tables. Currently containing a large desk aswell.

The flat overall is great, a large south facing lounge, kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine. 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite) so you would have your own bathroom.
