Double room G12 - 3-9 months rent

Hello,

I have a room available starting from middle of September (preferred) as I will be on holidays - This can be discussed - You can move in earlier e. g. end of August. Just want to show you how things work before I travel 🤗.

One semester or 6-9 months contract in the first instance is more ideal.

The flat is:

- 4m walk to Anniesland train station, 25m to the botanics, 35m walk to Glasgow uni
- 2m walk to bus 6, 15, M4 to Glasgow Uni (12-15m bus journey), to the center and Loch Lomond, Highlands
- 5m walk to Lidl, Morrison
- 13m walk to M&S, Asda
- Cafes, Restaurants, charity shops in Anniesland cross within 5-10m walk
- Parking available

If you r student, you don’t have to pay council tax.

We will split other bills including:
Internet: £25 a month for both so £12.5 per person
Electricity and gas in winter: maximum £170 so far for both, b it depending on how we use things.
I am quiet, but I also enjoy chatting some times when I am not too busy with work.

The flat is furnished with robot vacuum to clean. We’ll share the kitchen / common room and bathroom.

I usually dont have pet but sometimes I look after my friend’s cat for a few days or a few weeks when they are away ☺️
