Double room G12 - bills included

Hello,

I have a room available starting from end of May. Longer term considered but a few months (6months) contract in the first instance is more ideal.

The flat is:

- 4m walk to Anniesland train station, 25m to the botanics, 35m walk to Glasgow uni
- 2m walk to bus 6, 15, M4 to Glasgow Uni (12-15m bus journey), to the center and Loch Lomond, Highlands
- 6m walk to Lidl, Morrison
- 13m walk to M&S, Asda
- Cafes, Restaurants, charity shops in Anniesland cross within 5-10m walk
- Parking available

Rent is £700 a month for student, £750 for professionals because of council tax or if you only rent for 1-2 months.

Bills are included with cap (£40 per week - £160 per month for the flat electricity and gas is covered in the rent - meaning if the electricity and gas expenses exceed this amount, we will split the difference. - this cap is for us not to waste energy). Bills in winter was about £70 a person so below the cap.

I am quiet, but I also enjoy chatting some times when I am not too busy with work.

The flat is furnished with dehumidifiers to help dry clothes in winter and robot vacuum to clean. We’ll share the kitchen / common room and bathroom.
