Double room in West End - student and female only

Hi there, we are looking for a third flatmate to move in to our flat in the West End. We have one double room available, gas/electricity bill is £30-40 a month and broadband is included in rent. We both enjoy a cosy night in or going to the pub and are very tidy so we are looking for someone similar to join our flat. You would have a bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers in the room, as well a shared bathroom with one other person (I have an en suite). We are a 20 minute from Glasgow Uni and a 30 minute from town, we are along lots of bus routes and have train stations nearby too.
