Lovely Room in Shared Flat Available, G3 West End

Hello!!

We are looking for a kind, friendly and clean student to join us in our flat, as one of our lovely flat mates is moving home in December.

Located on the west end of Glasgow, near Kelvingrove Park, we are a 2 minute walk to the St. George's Cross subway, 5 minute walk to Sauchiehall street and 15 minute walk to Glasgow University! We are on the first floor of a tenements building. It’s fully furnished with all necessary facilities, including a combined washer/dryer (and we are currently working on decorating)! We also have quite a spacious back yard (that I can share photos of if you're interested). Close to lots of shops and nice cafés.

Move in date is set for January 1st, but this can be flexible. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible so just shoot me a message and we can discuss!

A little bit about us:
We are a queer/queer friendly flat! We are all university students, some post graduate and some undergraduate. Most of us are at UofG but I attend the MFA at GSA. When we all moved in we did not know each other at all, but we get along wonderfully, love meeting new people and communication is exceedingly important to us. The energy of the flat is quite relaxed and chill. We try to keep it that way due to us all being very busy studying and working most of the time. There are 5 of us (with you that would be 6) but there is plenty of room for everyone!
