The flat is located in a prime location, on Byres Road just 5 minutes from the University of Glasgow and 5 minutes from Hillhead Subway. Plenty of nearby shops and amenities.
Rent is £450 a month excluding bills. Gas/Electric is around £40pp, WiFi is around £11pp and council tax would be on top of that if you are not a student.
One us is a recent grad (23) who now works full time and the other is a medical student (22). We are friendly and sociable, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the flat.
