Double room,ensuite,close to Glasgow Uni- students

I'm looking for a student (probably a summer school student) to take over accommodation at Kelvin Court, close to Glasgow University, ideally from late May (a later date would be fine too) until 28 August 2026. The place is really nice, and it's clean, and the staff are super helpful.

15 minutes walk to Glasgow Uni through the beautiful Kelvingrove Park and super close to the trendy Byres Road with an array of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops.

It's a lovely modern room (approx. 13 square metres x 13/13.9 square metres) with double bed and an ensuite (with nice shower cubicle!). Lovely bright shared kitchen and dining area. It's a ground floor room so no climbing stairs or taking the elevator, and it's away from the common areas so it's not noisy. There's storage space under the bed which is very handy too.

We are happy to leave some items in the accommodation for the new tenant if they would like: very good condition (or brand new) bedding and kitchen equipment including saucepan, plates, etc, and air fryer if you would like them.

Common room with Ping Pong table and study area available. Social events organised.

All bills included (heating, water, gas), including Ultrafast Broadband wi-fi in flat & communal areas. Contents insurance included. 24/7 security team plus onsite reception staff to help out with queries, Unite students App. Maintenance support. Secure access. CCTV

Very secure gated parking is available at the premises at an extra cost if you would like it.

Laundry facilities on site, bike storage, vending machine, recycling, printing (at extra cost)

Contract take over; can start any time after 24th May, must end by 28 August 2026.
