Room Available- West End

I’m subletting my room with bills included in a medium-sized flat in Glasgow’s West End (message me shorter stay) as I’ll be visiting my hometown. The price is cheaper due to posting in short notice. The flat has a good-sized front room and bedrooms, a small kitchen and bathroom—comfortable for two people. There’s also a third room used for desk space/hobbies, which is quite useful. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Botanical Gardens, and we have private parking with plenty of space around the back of the flat.

You'll be sharing with another student, making it a quiet and comfortable space for work or study. I have completed my studies, currently working and was a Master's student at the University of Strathclyde in Advanced Software Engineering. My flatmate is also a student, and mostly busy with projects and part-time work, so the flat remains peaceful.
