It’s a basement duplex with a private garden and back door. Unfortunately not accessible, as there are stairs in the flat and garden.
You’d be sharing with 3 gals working full-time aged 24-27.
The room also comes with a full size cupboard outside it as a wardrobe and we have a spare room for extra storage.
We’ve lived here a few years already, so looking for someone we get along with and would sublet long term.
We are social and like a flat margarita night but also like our own space. It’s a quiet area, so not a party/afters flat. The place is also quite big, so would need someone who’s happy to pitch in with cleaning and keeping the place nice.
