Tenancy Takeover of 2026/2027 at West Village

Due to some personal circumstances I am currently unable to take up a lease in West Village, which is a private student accommodation on 1 Beith St in the west end of Glasgow. It is run by a company called Downing Students and I am looking for someone to take over my lease with them.

The lease is 51 weeks, starting in 5th Sept 2026 and ending in 12th Sept 2027.

The room has a small double bed, with an en suite shower room. There is also a wardrobe, desk and plenty of storage. The kitchen is shared with the 4 or 5 other residents of the flat.

As for the rent (which includes all bills and wifi, as well as an onsite gym), it works out to around £223/week. The rent is paid in slightly different sized chunks and in advance, with payments starting in October and ending in February, whereas the tenancy actually spans from September 2026 to September 2027.
