The total rent for the flat is £1,500 per month (excluding Council Tax – Band D, and utilities). The rent would be split with the current tenant paying £675 and the new tenant paying two-thirds £825, reflecting the larger space (2 rooms) available to the incoming tenant. There is some flexibility in how the rent is divided for the right person.

The new tenant would have access to:
