Hello :)
we are currently looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom flatshare in the lovely West End of Glasgow.

Our flat is perfectly located within a short walk of the University of Glasgow, Hillhead subway station and Byres Road.

The available room is a single bedroom, offered unfurnished but has a wardrobe.
You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate (Chelsy), kitchen, and a large living room. Anas has an ensuite bedroom (his own bathroom).

We are ideally looking for someone who will contribute to council tax, regardless of whether they are a student or working.

We are both clean and tidy individuals, enjoy having social time and spending time with friends.
However, we also value our own private space, have a chill flat atmosphere and generally prefer quiet evenings.

About Us:

Anas is currently finishing his PhD at Strathclyde and Chelsy is a recent master’s graduate working full-time in hospitality as she applies for jobs.

Anas enjoys reading, running, sports, cooking, and travelling. Chelsy enjoys live music, cooking, film/theatre and socialising with friends.

We’re both very sociable and open to meeting people regardless of any demographics. Everyone’s welcome 🌞
