Room in Lovely West End Flat

Hello :)
We are Anas and Deri and we are currently looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom flat in the lovely West End of Glasgow.

Our flat is perfectly located within a short walk of the University of Glasgow, Hillhead subway station and Byres Road.

The available room is a bright medium-size bedroom, offered unfinished but has a large built-in wardrobe.
You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate (Deri), kitchen, and a large living room.

We are ideally looking for someone who will contribute to council tax, regardless of whether they are a student or working.

We are both clean and tidy individuals, enjoy having social time and doing fun projects (like renovating the garden as you can see in the pictures!)🪴

However, we also value our own private space, have a chill flat atmosphere and generally prefer quiet evenings.

About Us:

Anas is currently finishing his PhD at Strathclyde and Deri is full-time professional working at a charity.

Deri enjoys reading, running, playing the guitar and piano, and travelling.
Anas enjoys sports, cooking, reading, and travelling.

We’re both very sociable and open to meeting people regardless of any demographics. Everyone’s welcome 🌞
