Gorgeous large room in a 3-bed flat. Located on Byres Road in the bustling heart of the West End.

Looking for a month-long subletter for June, open to discussing shorter stays at a weekly rate. Price includes all bills and wifi.

This is a spacious flat on Byres Road, close to Hillhead subway station and multiple bus routes. A short walk to the University of Glasgow, Kelvingrove Museum, and Botanic Gardens. Great walking score, as we are close to so many shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, pots, appliances, etc. and we have a washing machine and a dryer in the flat.

The room is spacious and gets a lot of natural light. Includes double bed, desk and chair, bookshelf, chest of drawers, wardrobe and large storage closet.

You will be sharing the flat with two tidy, sociable professionals in their mid-20s who love cooking, listening to records and going to gigs. Every once in a while we like to host dinner parties for our friends. Looking for someone who is tidy and values the importance of a clean, respectful and welcoming shared space.
