Short-term or long term let in West End Duplex

We have a beautiful double room available in our spacious duplex flat in Glasgow’s sought-after West End. Ideally, we’re looking for a longer-term flatmate, but we’re also open to shorter stays (minimum 1 month).

The room itself is a generous double, with a large built-in wardrobe and an additional spacious cupboard for any extra storage—perfect if you’re bringing more than just the basics.

There’s also a lovely shared outdoor patio that gets sun throughout the day—great for relaxing with a coffee or unwinding after work. The location couldn’t be better: just a 10-minute walk to Hillhead subway, 5 minutes to Great Western Road, and right by the Botanics and Kelvin Way for green space and riverside walks.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly professionals – Dale, Catherine, and Rebecca. The flat has a really homely feel, with a wholesome, friendly, and respectful vibe. We’re pretty social and enjoy spending time together, but it’s also a well-laid-out space so there’s plenty of room to do your own thing and not feel on top of each other.
