Lovely Sunny Flat on Great Western Road

I am moving out of the flat to save money, so am looking for someone to replace myself and join my three lovely flatmates!! We're four students (20–24) currently studying, 2 at UofG!

You can take the flat for however long, but longer-term tenants preferred.

Location is great, perfectly placed near the West End and the city centre, so feels really close to everything.

The flat itself is a beautiful traditional tenement high ceilings, original cornicing, big sash windows, and genuinely great natural light throughout. The living room gets the sun all morning, such a suntrap and has such a nice view looking onto the road!

There's a full kitchen, shared living room space. The bathroom is big and always clean, with electric shower so water never goes cold.

Nice decent sized bedroom available too! Would be taking the massive desk pictured back with me which would make the room feel bigger, and there's a more normal sized one that would be left!

We're pretty social but totally respectful and it is a very chilled flat.
