Looking for someone to fill a room in a flat situated just off of Dumbarton Road in Glasgow's west end. The flat is right next to Partick Station (Subway, Rail, & Bus links), and is a 2-3 minute walk from Lidl, Morrisons, and the Partick Retail Park for shopping and groceries.

The Flat:
Part of a 3-person joint tenancy, located on the top floor. The flat has a large shared living room, spacious kitchen-dining area, additional landing space, and a balcony. There is a shared bathroom (with one other flatmate), as one bedroom is ensuite. The shared areas include multiple sofas and coffee table, as well as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas stove and working areas. The heating is via gas boiler.
