Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out in July.

The flat is situated a two-minute walk from Kelvingrove Park and Art Gallery, the Kelvinhall Subway is a ten-minute walk, and there are plenty of nearby bus links to the centre. The flat is also a fifteen-minute walk from the Glasgow University Campus.

The flat is furnished and has many amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a TV. Most items shown in the pictures will be here; excluding a few such as the record player. The available room shown in the pictures is furnished with a wardrobe, drawers and a double bed. It's also south-facing and gets a lot of natural light.

A little about myself- I am a busy student teacher and musician at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I am clean and tidy and enjoy to cook, socialise and play music! I need a tidy, clean (preferably cool) flatmate who's down for a laugh and doesn't mind music! Preferably a student like myself, but if you aren't, there's a 25% council tax discount (tax band D)for living with a student!
