Room for Rent in Spacious West End Flat

Hey! I am currently looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving back home to the States.

The flat is pretty spacious and comes with a few amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. The room that is up for rent is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The room also has beautiful views of the Kelvingrove Art Gallery.

The flat is in a great location. There are multiple bus stops right across the street and Kelvinhall subway station is only a 10 minute walk away. The flat is also close to many pubs and restaurants as Byers road is only about a 5 minute walk away and it’s also situated right across the street from the art gallery and Kelvingrove park.

About me- I am 28 years old and I moved from Canada about 1.5 years ago. I work in a restaurant in city centre on the breakfast shift so I’m usually up pretty early every day. I enjoy socializing and going out to pubs as well as chill nights at home watching movies. I’m looking for a likeminded roommate who is down to hangout but is also respectful of everyone’s space.
