Room available in Hyndland (short-let)

Hi all! I’m looking for someone to occupy my lovely room near Hyndland station whilst I’m away.

The exact move in and move out date can still be discussed but the rough period would be from the 1st of July (Move-in) till 8.8-18.8 (Move-out).

About the flat:
The flatmate you would be sharing with is Liza (24) and an MSc student in Global Health. She is a real nerd about anything film and music related and will be busy over the summer with her dissertation.

My room has a wardrobe, two drawers, a shelf, a double bed with two double mattresses on top of each other (don’t ask why - it’s crazy comfy).

The living room comes with a great space to do work from home. The kitchen is small but big enough for two. Both rooms get sun-soaked and sitting on the sofa by the window is delightful. The flat is located close to many supermarkets, a walk away from Byers Road and Partick. The neighborhood is safe, calm and full of greenery.

The rent comes to 697.5 and including bills will reach roughly £750 per month, but these things will be calculated on a weekly basis.

About you:
We primarily look for someone responsible and kind who is in need of the room. A postgraduate student or young professional is preferred. We ask anyone who carries homophobic or racist views to not reach out.

As a safety net for us, we ask for a £200 deposit which will be returned on the move-out date. This will have to be paid in advance to secure the room.
