West End Flat to yourself for July & August!

Room for rent. Will be furnished and empty on move in.

Looking for a short term renter for July-August. Spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two desks, and plenty of shelf space. It also features double-glazed windows, keeping the room quiet and warm.

The Flat:
Since my other flatmate and I will be mainly away for the summer, you will essentially have the entire place to yourself. The flat includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and all my appliances ready for you to use. There is also a sofa and TV in the large corridor, which acts as our communal living space. Rent is 650 aswell as a safety deposit of 200 which will be returned when you move out. Bills are fixed at around £50–60 each under our current energy plan, including ultra fast wifi. Subject to change as one person wont be using as much energy.

Location:
Unbeatable location just off Byres Road and a stone's throw away from the University of Glasgow. You are just a 1-minute walk from the Hillhead Subway station, giving you quick and easy transport links straight into the city centre.

Note on the room: you will be moving in during a transition period between two long-term flatmates. Because of this, the room will be fully furnished (with the bed, chairs, wardrobe, and desks) but completely emptied out, clean, and ready for you to make your own for the two months.

We are looking for someone clean, considerate, and kind. Good communication is really important to me, as we’ll need to stay in touch to pass along occasional updates about the flat while I'm away. Students are preferred, but I am very happy to rent to young professionals or anyone else who fits the vibe.
