2 Rooms available

Unfortunately I’m moving out of my lovely room/ flat at the end of June so looking for someone to take my room from 1st July onwards!

The double room is fully furnished, in a bright tenement flat building with high ceilings, next to Byres Road and the University Library. It has big bay windows which bring in so much light (and are also so nice to sunbath out of as they fully open up, huge bonus), a desk, drawers, huge cupboard, two sofas and a wardrobe.

Room 2: Also a double room, furnished with a double bed, desk, drawers and space to hang clothes. It is much smaller than room one so rent is cheaper :) The window is large and lets in lots of light.

The flat is on the second floor and we’ve got a fully equipped kitchen, (including air fryer), along with an electric shower (not in the kitchen).

Bills add up to roughly £46 per month.
Council tax is split evenly at £59 per person (so either a young professional or a student who is willing to contribute is a must).

About us

Magnus (26) is an actor by trade and a yapper for the love of the game. He’s always up for a plan or scheme.

Anna (24) is a director and tutor but (luckily) does not try to bring that into the flat dynamic. She’s literally the loveliest and easiest person to live with.

Prisca (24) is Italian but has the most British humour out of all of us. She’s looking to do her PHD next year and in the mean time works full time and spends the rest of her time at pub quizzes.

We have lived together for a wee while now and enjoy spending time as a flat, so someone who’s looking to fit into that dynamic and is a clean flatmate would be ideal!
