We have a very spacious fully furnish room available in our flat. The room will be available from June 21st to July 31st (41 days). The price is £631 per calendar month all bills included, or £868 for the 41 days. In addition, there will be a deposit of £200.

Ideal location! Right next to Gibson street and Glasgow University. 1 minute walk to Uni Gym and Bank Street Bar, 2 minutes walk to Kelvingrove park, Kelvinbridge Subway Station and Great Western Road with plenty of good cafe's, pubs, restaurants, bakery's (e. g. Cottonrake) and shops in the area.

Spacious living room with a Piano, Congas and other instruments, as well as a film projector for watching movies. The kitchen and the floors have been renovated.

Flatmates are all really sociable, laid back and pretty busy working, so there's a good balance of socialising and having your own space. Michael works for SEPA, Arnau is a Chemistry PhD student and Juan a researcher at Uni.

We have a spacious shared back garden that we pretty much have to ourselves and the other tenants don't use it. We like to organize parties from time to time.
