There is central heating throughout the house and the neighbours are lovely. It's a great street in fact where the neighbours often help each other out on the WhatsApp group when we need a hand with something.

All of the bills are additional to the rent and split between the housemates including the Council Tax which is for a Band G property and the Wifi is already set up.

5 minute walk to Hillhead Subway/buses and just 20 minute cycle ride to the centre of town!
