We are looking for a new flatmate to replace one current flatmate who is moving into a different flat in Glasgow.

You will be living with two student female flatmates (22 & 24) in a fully furnished, old tenement flat. Bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, cupboard storage and lots of floor space. Lots of natural light all day long with a nice big window that opens fully.
Huge kitchen with a sofa cave, washing machine, washing line pulley and gas hob. Our bathroom is rather small however it has a shower, toilet and sink.

Our sweet little flat is located in Woodlands, just a 10 minute walk away from University of Glasgow, 15 mins away from the Glasgow School of Art and a 5 minute walk away from Kelvinbridge subway station. Right opposite our flat in a woodland community garden which is perfect for socialising, picnics, bbqs and reading a book in the sun.
