Two options for short term let till 30th of August

Living room

Only one room is available but there is the option of the two - as we have a flatmate here part-time that is happy to be in whichever room isn’t occupied.

Looking for someone to take a room until the end of August as the flat has been sold with a move out date of the 30th of August.

We are a friendly, clean and respectful bunch who like cooking and going for the odd pint, so happy to spend time being social with one another in the space but will also respect each other’s privacy.

Both room consist of a double bed, large built in wardrobe, desk etc as shown in pictures. There’s also a shared kitchen/dining/living space, shared bathroom and large storage space and attic space. There’s also a Juliette balcony in the smaller bedroom and a Juliette balcony in the living area, as well as a communal drying patio at the back of the flat - I’ve maxed out the number of pictures I can add sorry x
