Looking for a flatmate to join my boyfriend and I in our grade II listed flat. It's a lovely property and looking for someone who will also look after it!

We had someone lined up to move in in October but unfortunately they’ve had to pull out - looking for someone to move in ASAP, ideally 1st October

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and my partner of 5 years moved in a few months ago. We’re saving up for deposit for a flat of our own.
Preferably looking for a girl, as I’ve always lived with girls previously.

We are ideally looking for a long term let. Would love to find someone who we can genuinely be friends with and join us at the pub ! But also respectful of alone time too.

We are big foodies, and love gigs, eating out, cooking, and the pub. We're both early risers and I am an awfully light sleeper, so looking for someone who is not a big partier. I’m 23 and my partner is 25, so would be good for you to be a similar age. We’re both from Manchester and moved up for uni - been working here ever since.

We are both tidy and clean - looking for someone similar.

The flat has great transport links - 3 min to Kelvinbridge subway station and there's a bus stop close by. There is parking available on the street with a permit. Perfect for those working in the west end or the city centre.
My partner works remotely from home, and I wfh one day a week.
