Hi! I’m Katherine, a 20 year old student at Strathclyde University looking for two like minded flatmates to share my 3 bedroom flat.

The flat is in an amazing location, right next to St George’s Cross Subway Station. It’s also within walking distance of the city centre, Glasgow University and Strathclyde.

The two available rooms are bright, spacious double bedrooms. The flat is fully furnished and has a homely kitchen and living area.

A little about me, I’m active, sociable, and like going to the gym and spending time with friends. I also play hockey, love going to the pub and like cooking when I get the time. Outside of uni I work quite a lot, so I can be busy and might not always be in the flat, but I still like having a relaxed, friendly place to come back to.

I’m hoping to find people who are friendly, tidy, respectful, and that I can genuinely become friends with, so the flat feels like a chilled and welcoming home.

The flat would be perfect for students or young professionals looking for a friendly home rather than just somewhere to stay.
