We have a double room becoming available in our flat, as our current flatmate is sadly moving out!
The double room is fully furnished, in a tenement flat building with high ceilings on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, electric shower & shared spacious living room.
Wifi is £13 per month and gas/electric is £40 per month each.
Council tax is £60 per month each (so either a young professional or a student who is willing to contribute is a must).
We are two, 25-year-old girls named Jewels and Amy working hospitality in the West End, Amy is a barista/chef and Jewels is a part-time bartender finishing a Masters so we sometimes end up on different schedules, but go for drinks or just have long chats in the flat when we can. We have lived together for nearly 2 years now and ideally are looking for someone tidy and sociable to join our flat!
