A fully furnished en-suite room is available in private student accommodation from 4 July to 22 August.

Rent is only £80 per week. The room includes a private bathroom, bed, desk, wardrobe, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is shared with other students.

The accommodation is conveniently located with easy access to the city centre, public transport, supermarkets, and the university.

This is a tenancy takeover for the remaining contract period, so the move-in and move-out dates are fixed.

House rules:
• Strictly no smoking anywhere in the room or building.
• No open flames or fire hazards are permitted.
• Tenants are responsible for any damage to the room or furniture.
• The shared kitchen must be kept clean after use.

Council Tax Band: Students are exempt from council tax.
