We are looking for a flatmate for this traditional tenement flat on Byres Road in Glasgows west end. Just a two minute walk from the subway, and very close to the botanics, shops, gyms and cafes. The room is a sunny double bedroom at the back of the flat so away from any street noise. There is also a large shared kitchen/living room.
The room is available from the 28th of June.
Rent is £575, and bills are £130 a month including wifi, council tax, gas and electric.
On street parking but it is always easy to find spaces near the flat.
About us - you would be living with me (22) and Jess (24) and are both working professionals. We are both friendly and tidy people who love being active and going running/surfing/yoga etc.
