Small double in duplex apartment

I'm a teacher living in the west end of Glasgow and renting out my spare room. I'd prefer shorter term renters, up to 4 months max, and can be flexible with move in dates and length of time.

The room has a 'small double' bed, dressing table which works as a small desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's west facing and gets great light in the evening and some lovely colourful sunset views.

The flat is a maisonnette, or duplex, over 2 floors, with a dining kitchen and living room downstairs, and the bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. There's also a balcony overlooking the shared outdoor space.

All bills are included.

It's well-connected for travel, with bus stops at the bottom of the street for several buses, and the top of the street for the 4 which goes through the west end into the city centre. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Partick train and subway station, which has great connections. (15mins for me, faster for some!)

I love this area- it's walking distance to a number of nice cafés, bars and restaurants but on a leafy, spacious street. There's a small supermarket (Co-op) further up the street and Victoria Park is just a few minutes walk, with weekly ParkRuns if you are interested in that.

About me: I'm a primary school teacher. I've got a range of hobbies that I do occasionally and badly, including playing the fiddle (though I seldom do that in the house), hula hooping and art. I love to travel both within Scotland and further, and last year I had a sabbatical from my job and spent the year travelling.

I'm vegan but you don't have to be, though if you cook a lot of meat then we're probably not a great match, as I don't love the smell.
