Room in 4-Bed Flat, West End/City Centre – £500pcm

Hey! I'm looking for 3 new flatmates to move into my 4-bed, 1-bath flat, right between the West End and city centre — about a 15 min walk to uni and 20 mins to Glasgow Central. Could be a group or a few different people, genuinely don't mind either way.
Rent's £500 a month (bills not included). Rooms are a decent size, and the smallest one has a mezzanine, so there's a bit of extra space to play with if you want to sleep up there.
Just to be upfront, the flat could do with a bit of freshening up — kitchen and bathroom need a little work that the landlord needs to sort, and I'll be tidying things up myself, so it'll be looking better by the time you move in.
I'm the one already living here, and I'm into a few creative things — I do pottery, electronics projects, and play and make music. It would be great if you're into that kind of thing too, but honestly no pressure, just thought I'd mention it so you get a feel for the place.
