Room in Student Flat Available

Lovely room in perfect location for student in West End!!

I’ll be finishing my course and moving out of the flat around the end of August and looking for someone to take the room from around then.

The flat is just off GWR, less than 5 minutes to the University and everything in the West End. The kitchen is very spacious with a dining table and lots of cupboard space, we also have a a snug with a TV and good sofa and a utility room for washer/dryer. I’ll add more pics in the next few days.

Everyone is very friendly and gets on, we all got our rooms through spare room so also have our own lives but spend time together in the kitchen if we see each other!

We currently have a little cleaning rota for the bathroom, kitchen, hallway and the bins rotated each once a week, which is pretty low maintenance but keeps things generally clean 😊
