I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely two-bedroom flat as I'm relocating for a new job.

We're ideally looking for someone to move in around the middle of August, although there's a little flexibility. If you'd like to move in a little earlier, we'd be more than happy to accommodate this where possible. We're hoping to find someone soon so we can get everything organised smoothly.

Location
The flat is in an amazing location in Glasgow's West End, just off Byres Road. It's literally a 1–2 minute walk to Hillhead Subway Station, Ashton Lane and the University of Glasgow, making it ideal for both professionals and postgraduate students.
You'll also be within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gyms, Kelvingrove Park and the Botanic Gardens. Everything you could need is right on your doorstep!

About Your Future Flatmate
You'll be sharing with a lovely young professional who is friendly, considerate and easy to get along with. She's clean, respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a relaxed, welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable.
As I'll be moving out, she's planning to give the living room a little refresh, so it's a great opportunity for whoever moves in to help put their own stamp on the shared space too. We'd love the flat to feel like home for both of you.
