Double Room with River Clyde and West End Views

Hello, my name is Mark I am the current tenant in this amazing flat. I’m a laid back guy who works in the hospitality industry. I Enjoy cooking, wine and the odd club night.

The available room is a double bedroom with north facing windows. The room offers a large sliding door wardrobe and is accompanied by two small dressers and a large unit for storage.

The bathroom with this room is just outside the rooms door in the hallway. Good space with light beige tiles. There is also a bathtub as well as a stand in bath shower.

The common rooms:
The kitchen has amenities like dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Perfect fridge and cupboard space for 2 people.
The kitchen has plenty cutlery, Chef knife’s, crockery and glassware.

The living room / dining room
This part of the flat will be getting the TLC it deserves, hopeful to fit a new rug and New TV and some throws for the couches. Four top dining room table

Easy transportation into city centre via SEC train station. Short walk into the heart of the west end and 20 minute walk into city centre!

Other amenity worth mentioning: The Nuffield Health gym which is next to the flat complex offered discounted rates if you live in the area. My monthly payments at ~£50
The gym has so much to offer, also with a steam room sauna and pool (like a mini spa next door)
